A very old concrete house that undertook massive renovation.
This house was almost totally taken apart and built again.
Many structural restraints were taken in consideration and we worked hand by hand with a building constructor to maximize the plan of the house without risking any damage to the outer walls and the roof structure.
The inner layout was changed to allow two bedrooms, two washrooms and an open space for the living room and kitchen. this open space was opened to the maximum toward the garden and fields surrounding the house.
For insulation reasons the entire house was covered with a special thermal plaster.
The roof tiles were replaced and new windows were opened up to fit the new design.
